The Electronics & Telecommunication Department has a reputation of competent engineers imbibed with the spirit of professionalism and responsible citizenship in a competitive global environment. The management and faculty commit themselves to the pursuit of excellence in technical education through discovery and dissemination of values that define professional conduct.
The Electronics & Telecommunication Department is headed by Prof. K. R. Joshi and consists of a family of Professors, Assistant professors and Lecturers with varied teaching and industrial experience that results in a rich blend of knowledge that is eventually imparted to the students. The department has come up a long in a short span of seven years. The Department is equally enthusiastic about co-curricular activities for the students. Thus, having its own IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Students branch along with TEESA (Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering Students Association). Many teachers as well as students are active members of IEEE society. The students have shown their active participation for various paper presentation, project competitions, seminars & Industrial visits. The main aim of the department is not only to provide a strong base but also to give exposure about the latest technological trends required to survive in the Industrial sector.
