Master of Business Administration (Estd. 2005-2006)
The Programme is affiliated to University of Pune & recognizes by AICTE. This is a two year full time Programme divided into four semesters.
The objective is to develop and nurture young talent in a holistic mould through integration of value addition, self discipline and strong conceptual & execution skills.
Specializations Offered: Marketing Finance, Human Resources, Systems, Production and Materials.
The students undergo classroom inputs integrating case study method pedagogy with a view to develop required conceptual base to acquire relevant skill to use modern management tools & technique. The students are given functional processes through various industry- academia – interfaces such as industrial visit, presentation on special subjects evolving areas by industry captains, undertaking live projects, internship and organizational traineeship for a period of 2 months. Special initiative is taken to make the students aware of new emerging domains through specialized faculty.
Departmental Activities: In order to develop future leaders and to develop management skills, activities like Event Management, intercollegiate competitions like Best Manager, Case Studies (Real Life Simulation), Situational Analysis, Live Project Presentations, Guest Lectures, Industrial Visits are carried out.
Facilities provided: State of art infrastructure with well equipped class rooms and Computer lab with 60 computers. Pentium based Server and workstations with continuous high-speed Internet access and the latest software packages.
Library: The library has an extensive array of reference material. It has books, periodicals, newspapers, bounded volumes of magazines, related to the field of management which is constantly updated.
Training and Placement: Summer Placement: All Students have got summer placement in esteemed companies like Bank of Maharashtra, ICICI, Union Bank of India, Raviraj Publicity P. Ltd, Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd, Indian Express, Ma FOI Mgmt. Consultants, Bharat Forge Ltd. etc.
Final Placement Plan: All well known brands like KPIT, ZENSAR, WIPRO, have assured for campus interviews in advance.
Master of Computer Application Department (Estd. 2003-2004)
The Programme is approved by AICTE, Delhi and affiliated to the University of Pune. The course is of 3 years duration having six semesters. In the sixth semester, the students have to pursue Industrial Training, which makes them for ‘Industry-Ready’.
The department prepares students for a productive and rewarding career in Computer Applications with necessary foundations in the principles & methods of computing.
An opportunity is given to the students to work effectively with Group/Team members, which enables them to develop their communication skills as well as to develop an appreciation of ethics, social awareness and leadership abilities.
Laboratories- The department consists of three well equipped laboratories with 90 Nos. of latest Pentium –IV computers along with printers, server on LAN, LCDs and OHPs with Internet Facilities. It has latest system software, application software and utility software for their practical and projects.
